Finance Operations Assessment

How fragmented is your finance architecture?

Five dimensions, your priority areas, and an honest recommendation — including “do nothing yet”.

Sixteen questions on entities, systems, banks, currencies, cash visibility, forecasting, payments, approvals, receivables, payables, documents, exceptions, spreadsheets and reconciliation. The evaluation appears immediately and without contact details. It is a diagnostic, not a lead form with decorative output.

How it works

What is free, and what costs your contact details.

We keep that separation deliberate and visible. The useful part is open; the reasoning and the sequence come with a conversation.

Free, immediately, no form

  • The verdict for each of the five dimensions
  • Your two or three priority areas
  • The recommended next step — including when it is “nothing yet”
  • The distinction between an architecture finding and a process finding

After providing contact details

  • The reasoning per dimension, built from your own answers
  • The order in which we would tackle it
  • What typically fails first in a landscape like yours
  • A personal reply within one working day
What we do not do. No single score between 0 and 100 — there is no honest way to compress a finance landscape into one number. No calculated saving, no payback period and no ROI: we have no basis for one, and an invented figure would be the fastest way to lose your trust. If your answers say your structure is fine and your process is the problem, the result says that.
What it looks at

What the assessment actually looks at.

Nothing here is a trick question. If a section does not apply to you, the honest answer is the one that says so.

LandscapeLegal entities, ERP and accounting systems, banking relationships, currencies.
Cash and forecastHow the group cash position is produced, how the forecast is built, and whether its accuracy is ever measured.
Payments and approvalsRelease paths, whether segregation of duties is technically enforced, and where the evidence lives.
Receivables and payablesWhat happens to overdue receivables, and how incoming invoices reach finance.
The work behind the numbersHow exceptions are tracked, which processes depend on spreadsheets, how much of the close is reconciliation.
Operating modelWhether finance runs as one process across entities, or as several.
Rather just talk?

Rather just talk?

The assessment is an offer, not a hurdle. If you would rather describe your situation in a conversation, that works just as well — thirty minutes is enough for a first read.
