Five capabilities rarely found under one roof.
Each of these five capabilities can be bought separately. A software house builds, a consultancy implements, a service provider operates, a BPO does the bookkeeping. What matters is not the size of the group but that these roles coincide with us.
Four roles, and the fifth one joins them.
We build a product
FinanceOS is developed at Tech IQ 365 GmbH. Our own development, our own roadmap, our own releases. Not: reselling someone else's software
We run finance processes
The BPO unit does bookkeeping, payments and dunning inside the client's system, under an SLA.Not: advice without operational responsibility
We implement ERP
Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider, plus a Microsoft unit. Two ERP worlds in-house.Not: one product lens on every task
We operate it afterwards
Platform operations, releases, incident handling and managed service from the same group. Not: handover to a third party
We build it for our own finance operation
FinanceOS is built for the finance operation of our own group: several legal entities, several banks. Not: a product nobody in the house uses
Whoever builds, implements, operates and works with it notices design flaws on themselves.
Why the combination matters
That feedback loop is missing when the four roles sit in four companies. It is the reason the product models chains and handoffs rather than screens.
What you get from it
There is no vendor in another country between your requirement and the roadmap. There is no handover between implementation and operations. And because we have our own units for two ERP worlds, we can tell you when another system fits better.
Three things you can check in the first conversation.
We are not locked in on bank connectivity
The standard route runs through Konfipay as the provider. In parallel we have our own EBICS implementation in beta status. Having both routes in-house changes how you negotiate terms and dependencies.
We come from accounting
Bookkeeping, close and consolidation are our original profession, not a use case. Usually you get ERP depth or finance discipline, rarely both.
The group is verifiably structured
Tech IQ 365 GmbH develops FinanceOS, Tech IQ EMEA implements NetSuite, a Microsoft unit covers the second ERP world, Tech IQ Business Consulting runs finance processes as a BPO.
What we are not — and how you can measure us.
What we are not
We are not a vendor that leaves the implementation to you, and not a consultancy configuring someone else's product. Both would be cheaper. The point of the combination is that nobody can pass the responsibility on.
How you can measure us
In the first conversation, ask about a chain that interests you and have us show where it sits in the product and who in our group implements and operates it. If we cannot answer that in one sentence, something is wrong.
And we will also tell you when it does not fit. With one legal entity, low volume and a cleanly running system, FinanceOS is the wrong answer. You will hear that in the first conversation.
Ask about a chain that interests you.
We will show you where it sits in the product, who implements it and who operates it afterwards. Thirty minutes, no presentation.
